Leave of Absence

No child will be granted leave without the written application by the parents. The student who is absent without permission for a long period is liable to have his/her name removed from the rolls. If the student is likely to be absent for more than a week due to illness, a leave application should be sent to the principal well in advance and a medical certificate should also be produced as and when recovered from illness.

Absence from school without prior sanction of leave for a period of ten consecutive days shall automatically lead to the cancellation of the student’s admission.

Students returning after absence must submit a written note in the school diary, duly signed by the parents, stating the reason for absence. Failure to do so may require the school to call the parents or send the student home, even during school hours.
